1. Overview

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the Mythopouch website, platform, and educational programs. By using Mythopouch, you agree to these Terms.

Mythopouch provides:

1. A free online educational platform

2. A progression-based system that unlocks access to physical products

2. Eligibility
Users must be 12 years or older to access the platform. Users under 18 may access Mythopouch where a parent or guardian approves their participation and use of the platform. All purchases must be made by an adult. A parent or guardian is responsible for:

• Determining if the content is suitable for the child

• Supervising the child’s use of the platform

All purchases must be approved and completed by an adult (18+)
We may restrict or suspend account access where we suspect anomalies

3. Account Registration

To access learning modules, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate information

• Keep login details secure

• Not share your account - unless it with a parent, guardian or direct household family member

Mythopouch may suspend or terminate accounts for misuse.

4. Educational Model (LEARN → EARN → PLAY)

Mythopouch is built on a progression system:

LEARN – Complete structured modules
EARN – Gain certificates and unlocks
PLAY – Access the physical game once eligible

Access to later stages depends on genuine completion of earlier stages.

5. User Conduct & Community Standards

You agree to use the platform fairly and not:

• Submit AI-generated, copied, or plagiarised content as your own

• Attempt to bypass modules, quizzes, or tasks

• Use bots, scripts, or automation

• Interfere with platform functionality

We reserve the right to:

• Remove content

• Reset progress

• Suspend or ban accounts

Users must behave respectfully when using Mythopouch. You agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users

• Upload offensive, illegal, or inappropriate content

• Impersonate another person or organisation

• Attempt to damage, disrupt, or exploit the platform

• Share harmful links, spam, or malicious software

• Use usernames or content that are offensive or misleading

Mythopouch reserves the right to:

• Remove content

• Restrict platform access

• Suspend or permanently terminate accounts

Where conduct is considered harmful, dishonest, abusive, or disruptive.

Mythopouch is built around learning, creativity, storytelling, and respect for others participating in the journey.

6. Content Submission

Some modules require submission of:

• Written responses

• Creative work

• Real-world task evidence

By submitting content, you:

• Confirm it is your own original work

• Grant Mythopouch the right to review and assess it

We do not claim ownership, but may use anonymised examples for:

• Platform improvement

• Educational demonstration

7. Fair Learning Policy

Mythopouch is designed to be earned, not rushed or bypassed. Dishonest behaviour includes:

• Using AI to generate answers

• Copying from other users

Submitting fake or staged task evidence. If detected, we may:

• Revoke certificates

• Remove unlocks

• Permanently suspend accounts

👉 You are only limiting your own experience by bypassing the process.

8. Unlocks & Progression
Unlocks are tied to your account. They are non-transferable. They may be revoked if misuse is detected. Completion does not guarantee:

• Immediate access

• Product availability

9. Intellectual Property & Trademarks

All platform content, including:

• Learning materials

• Game systems

• Artwork and design

Are owned by Mythopouch and protected by copyright. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute content

• Use materials for commercial purposes

The "Mythopouch" name is a trademark of Mythopouch. The Mythopouch Trademark Number is AU TM 2458397 covering:

• Class 28 - board games; card games; playing cards

• Class 41 - education services; provision of educational courses; provision of online tutorials

10. Platform Availability

We aim to keep the platform available at all times, but:

• Access may be interrupted for maintenance or updates

• Features may change over time

We are not liable for:

• Temporary downtime

• Loss of progress due to technical issues (reasonable efforts will be made to restore data)

11. Privacy

Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

We collect and use data to:

• Manage accounts

• Track progress

• Improve the platform

12. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law:

• Mythopouch is not liable for indirect or consequential loss

• Use of the platform is at your own risk

This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law

13. Termination

• Misuse or dishonest activity is detected
