1. Overview
These Terms & Conditions govern the purchase of physical Mythopouch products through the Mythopouch platform.
Mythopouch operates a two-part system:

A free online educational program (available to users aged 12+)

A physical storytelling game, which may only be purchased after completing required learning modules
By engaging with, or purchasing a Mythopouch product, you agree to these Terms.
2. Eligibility to Purchase
To purchase a Mythopouch product, you must:
- Have successfully completed the required Tier learning modules
- Hold a valid completion award/certificate tied to your account
- Be at least 18 years old, or have parent/guardian approval
Mythopouch reserves the right to:
- Verify completion status before allowing purchase
- Cancel orders that do not meet eligibility requirements
3. Educational Access (Free Component)
The Mythopouch learning platform is free to access for users aged 12+. Progression is based on completion of modules, tasks, and quizzes
Completion must be genuine and in good faith. Mythopouch may suspend or revoke access if:

Users submit AI-generated, plagiarised, or dishonest content

Users attempt to bypass learning requirements

4. Unlocking the Right to Purchase
Completing all required regions within a Tier grants a purchase unlock
This unlock:

Is non-transferable

Is tied to the user account

Does not guarantee stock availability
Mythopouch may:

Limit purchases per account

Require identity or account verification
5. Product Description
The Mythopouch physical product generally includes:

Game board

Character coins/tokens
-
Dice and gameplay components

Instruction manual
Products are designed for:

Storytelling gameplay

Educational reinforcement of completed modules
Minor variations in design, materials, or packaging may occur.
6. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in AUD (Australian Dollars) unless stated otherwise.
Payment must be made in full at time of purchase.
Accepted payment methods will be displayed at checkout.
Mythopouch reserves the right to:
- Change pricing at any time
- Offer limited release or Tier-based pricing
7. Shipping & Delivery
Products are shipped to the address provided at checkout.
Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed.
Risk transfers to the customer upon delivery.
Customers are responsible for:
- Providing correct shipping details
- Any applicable import duties or taxes.
8. Refunds & Returns
Due to the nature of the product:

Not share or transfer unlocks between accounts

10. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law:
Mythopouch is not liable for:
- Indirect or consequential loss
- Misuse of the product
- Delays outside our control
This does not exclude rights under Australian Consumer Law.
11. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these Terms excludes your rights under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to:
- Replacement or refund for major failures
- Repair or replacement for minor failures
12. Changes to Terms
Mythopouch may update these Terms at any time.
Updated Terms will apply to all future purchases.
