We do not offer refunds for:

• Change of mind

• Incorrect selection

• Failure to complete or enjoy the game

 

3. Faulty or Damaged Items

You are entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair if the product:

• Is faulty or defective

• Is damaged in transit

• Is not as described

 

4. Reporting an Issue

To request a refund or replacement: Contact us within 14 days of delivery
Provide:

• Order details

• Description of the issue

• Photos (required)

 

5. Resolution

Depending on the issue, we may:

• Replace the item

• Repair the item

• Provide a refund

We will cover reasonable return shipping costs for faulty items.

 

6. Non-Returnable Conditions

We may refuse a refund if:

• The item has been misused or damaged after delivery

• The issue is due to normal wear and tear
