2. Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds for:

• Change of mind

• Incorrect selection

• Failure to complete or enjoy the game

 

3. Faulty or Damaged Items

You are entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair if the product:

• Is faulty or defective

• Is damaged in transit

• Is not as described

 

4. Reporting an Issue

To request a refund or replacement: Please contact info@mythopouch.com as soon as you become aware of a problem, with your order details and a description of the issue. We will assess claims and provide any remedy required under Australian Consumer Law. Eligibility for a remedy, and the applicable time limits, depend on the product, the problem and the circumstances. This policy does not exclude, restrict or modify your rights under Australian Consumer Law. Please provide:

• Order details

• Description of the issue

• Photos (required)

 

5. Resolution

Depending on the issue, we may:

• Replace the item

• Repair the item

• Provide a refund

We will cover reasonable return shipping costs for faulty items.

 

6. Non-Returnable Conditions

We may refuse a refund if:

• The item has been misused or damaged after delivery

• The issue is due to normal wear and tear
